How can I return the products I have ordered?

  • To request a return label, send an email to help@weship.at and give us your full name and delivery note number. You can find the delivery note number on the delivery note in your package.
  • We bear the costs for the return shipping for orders from Germany and Austria.
  • When we receive your return, you have automatically exercised your right of withdrawal and we will refund your money after checking the returned items.
  • The refund will be made automatically no later than 14 days after we have received your return delivery. You will be automatically notified by email when the repayment is complete.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier has taken possession of the first products.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, all you have to do is send the ordered items back to us as described above.

 

Consequences of a Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result if you choose a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have) immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of the cancellation of this contract. For this refund we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was explicitly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We can refuse refunding you until we have received the products back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

The deadline is met if you send the products before the period of fourteen days has expired.

We bear the costs of the return shipping. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the products in a way that is not necessary to check their nature, properties, and functionality.
